Situated within the heart of the Dulais Valley at the edge of the village of Crynant, these barns have been converted to a good standard, with splendid views of March Hywel Mountain and numerous walks directly onto the mountain behind. Bwthyn Cerrig (ref W41454) is semi-detached, whilst The Old Stables (ref W42528) stands detached. Situated on a working farm with the owner's friendly dogs, each property has shared use of the on-site facilities including an indoor heated swimming pool, sauna and hot tub. Cefn Coed Coal Museum, Aberdulais Waterfalls and activities such as golfing, driving ranges, archery, paint balling and quad biking, are all available within a three mile radius. The famous Dan Yr Ogof Caves, and Craig y Nos Country Park are just 10 miles. The magnificent Gower Coast is approximately 18 miles and the Brecon Beacons are within 35 miles. Swansea town centre and Cardiff, both with excellent shopping, bars and clubs, are within driving distance. An ideal holiday base. Shop, pub and restaurant 1½ miles.
