**Group event packages at Pepper Sprout Ranch
"Let the adventure begin!" Come on out and experience the "Oklahoma" cabin at Pepper Sprout Ranch. The 2-story cabin's interior is a beautiful cozy knotted pine wood with UNFINISHED RUSTIC wood floors.
Get your group outside of Lawton, whip up a warm meal in the fully equipped kitchen, relax inside or explore the properties many outdoor amenities.
This cabin has a upstairs loft for additional bedding of guest including 2 twin and 1 full size bed to hold your precious loved ones.
Climb into the bathroom's jetted tub and let all your cares go. Enjoy the fully stocked kitchen and whip up your groups favorite meal.
There is also a charcoal/propane grill for your private use on the porch. We do not supply charcoal, but do supply propane.
There is a basketball and volleyball provided for guests to use at the Ranch's private courts.
**The cabin is closest to the pond.
** POOL Is seasonal. Opens Memorial Day weekend and closes Labor Day weekend**
** There is plenty of room for group events such as family reunions, group retreats, or weddings. Please let us know so we can help build the perfect package for you including vendors, planners, wedding décor, etc. **
GUEST ACCESS:
Guest will have private access to the cabin. All the outdoor amenities are shared with Pepper Sprout Ranch guests staying at 2 other rental units on the 34 acre property. There is plenty of space between the cabin and other units to never even see other guests.
INTERACTION WITH GUEST:
We live at Pepper Sprout Ranch across the pond. We are just a call or message away if guests need anything but travel often and give guests plenty of privacy and space. We stay busy but one of us are usually at one property or another so wave if you see us :)
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
The cabin is a rustic yet cozy property. We are located in the country. There is a large heat and AC unit in living room long with other electric units in cabin. WIFI can be sketchy. Cell phone service is sometimes weak. Do not book this property if you are needing high speed internet or cell service.
This is a new property of ours and we are there almost daily doing mowing, construction, etc. We will always communitcate the plans to guests during their stay and never disrupt activities during sleeping/rest times.

Summary: Peaceful location, cozy and comfortable, overlooking a stocked pond, Hosts were prompt to answer any questions. What we enjoyed most was sitting on the porch in the evening, listening to the coyotes howling in the distance. While there you might want to try a Meers Burger at Meers Store and Restaurant and Boompas Burgers in Elgin. We'll be back in 2024 for the Pershing Professionals Reunion.

Summary: We had a great family experience staying at the cabin. We were able to relax. With a beautiful pond view while listening to the birds, the front porch was the perfect spot for coffee in the mornings. Everyone had their own space and the cabin is close enough to go into town for any needed item. The property owners are very nice and accommodating.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay at Pepper Sprout Ranch cabin! It was clean and plenty of room for our girl’s trip. Kitchen had what we needed. It was supplied with coffee, cream, and sugar! Great way to start the morning. The beds downstairs were comfortable. The beds upstairs would be for kids. Not comfortable for adults although there was a futon in the loft that was comfortable for an adult to sleep on. There is a pond very close to the cabin and that brings in some wildlife. We saw deer, lots of birds, and an owl greeted us both mornings we were there. I would definitely go back for another stay. The owners answered our questions in a very reasonable amount of time and are pleasant to work with. A great weekend was had by all. Thank you Melissa and Clint for having such wonderful accommodations for us to stay.

Summary: Wonderful stay in a very nice log cabin. It's in a delightfully rural setting on a pond, yet just minutes from town and restaurants. The owners are extremely timely and responsive. Jacuzzi tub was a nice surprise. We will definitely stay here again if we return to the area.
