Enjoy this wonderful cabin on beautiful Lake Alexander in Cushing MN. The main cabin has 3 bedrooms which includes a queen bed, 2 twin beds, a day bed, futon and more. The main cabin has 2 full bathrooms and well stocked kitchen. This Cabin should sleep 6-8 people. The property also has a separate Bunkhouse with 1 bedroom containing a queen bed and also pull out couches. The Bunkhouse has a full kitchen with 1 full bathroom. The Cabin & Bunkhouse have been updated with all new flooring, appliances, furniture and much more! This property also has brand new Floe dock with an 8x16 sundeck. There is also steps from the dock to enter into the lake making easy for swimming. Lake Alexander is know for great fishing and recreation and an abundance of nature as the area has hundreds of acres owned by the Nature Conservancy Organization. Lake Alexander also has 2 restaurants on the lake with a golf course just a few miles away. In the winter enjoy excellent ice fishing and snowmobiling! This cabin will allow your family to make many grateful memories!

Summary: Our family had the best time here! The cabin and bunkhouse were great. They had everything we could have needed for a weekend at the lake (paddle board, kayaks, lily pad, toys/games/books for kids, grill, tube for tubing, and so much more!) My son especially loved the sandbox! :) The place was clean and stocked. The owner was a joy to communicate with. Can't say enough good things! We'll be back for sure!

Summary: Check in was easy and the property was clean and ready. There were 8 adult sized people and two 10 year olds. There were enough beds/couches for everyone but we were spread out, which was okay with the ages. The bunk house has a back bedroom that is quite separated. If we all wanted to eat together we had to divide up between couches and the table and a couple camp chairs we brought in. Cookware was good and sufficient for our large group. The driveway is pretty narrow, but a skilled driver can back a boat down without a problem, many might struggle though. Great location on the water and neighborhood. There were several large boulders straight out from the dock. With shallow water, the boat skag struck it, but it was easy enough to avoid once we knew where it was. I would recommend this place for families.

Summary: My girlfriends and I stayed for a long weekend and the property was perfect for what we needed! Separate living spaces were a huge bonus. The kitchen spaces were well stocked. We typically rent a new place each year, but this was the first time we said we would rather just go back and stay again!
