2 Bedroom Apartment in Little Elm

This cabin has 2 bedrooms with a third room that can be used to sleep extra kiddos! So we can accommodate 5 or 6 depending on everyone's size, and this cabin has a fully equipped kitchen and a washer and dryer. We are located on over 14 acres that is lakefront on Lake Lewisville with over 700 feet of shoreline. We offer a total of 3 rental cabins and RV spaces as well. All of our cabins are closer to the lake than the RV spaces. Enjoy sunrise over the lake from the substantial deck with your morning coffee or go sit in our lakeside large grove of mature trees to enjoy the breeze. Propane grills, fire pit, and kayaks are available for your use. You can ski, fish, boat, kayak and swim right in front of our property or go for a 10 minute ride by boat to the main lake. Anchor right here in front of the property to keep your boat or jet ski conveniently located during your stay. In addition, the fishing is superb right here off of our bank! Private gated drive with coded entry door locks provide contactless check-in. If you like the peace and quiet, wildlife and country living while still being close to the suburbs, this is the place for you. We are truly an oasis in the middle of the DFW suburbs. 35 miles from Dallas, 2 miles from groceries, and restaurants, 12 miles from Denton, about the same from Dallas North Tollway and only 7 or 8 miles from Little Elm city center. (We love pets, but we do have a leash rule. If you bring your pets, please keep them on a leash at all times when they are outside).

Summary: Rustic with old appliances and window units for airconditioning. Clean sheets, towels, kitchen. Burner on stove don't all work and what ever I cooked it stuck to pans (I would update pans). Wonderful deck and access to lake with fire pit and tables and chairs. Pet friendly which our dogs and cats loved. Plenty of parking and very quiet. Neighbors not very close which gave us privacy as well.

Summary: Amazing lakehouse property, the house was clean and everything was what he said it was the only weird thing were the ghost LOL great thing I actually love horror related things otherwise I would've been scared but other than that and I can only speak for myself but I'll be renting from him again and i have others that have also rented his property, we all love it.

Summary: We sure enjoyed this place! The land is beautiful with a great view and access to the lake. The house was so perfect for our group! GREAT AC!! The kitchen had everything we needed with an awesome gas grill outside. Our favorite spot was the back porch! The cows come right up to the porch and will let you feed them corn cobs, etc. They were really a big plus! Pete was so accommodating and a great host! Would love to go back and hope he never sells this property to the 'McMansions that are encroaching all around it.

Summary: This was the perfect getaway - ina ranch setting only minutes from the city, great shopping and restaurants! Beautiful property, with huge trees and great views of the lake. So thankful I could bring my dog - she’s never seen cattle...especially long horns! Pete was so helpful and responsive - a few things in the house could use updating (along with the patio furniture), but it was quaint and quiet...and the perfect getaway for our girls’ weekend!

Summary: We stay on VRBOs about 5 times a year and found this Property disappointing - Older, out dated, and missing some essentials; washcloths, hand towels, grill lighter, trash bags. Could use some attention; several missing outlet covers, furniture & mattresses had sink holes, water dripped/ran in bath faucet 24/7, towels had holes, lampshade, side tables, & patio cushions were fragile/brittle.. Driveway is shared with another rental house, over looks an rv park, must cross pasture to walk to lake (too muddy). We adjusted our plans to spend most of our time away from the house, so not to break fragile items. Owner was responsive, and blamed housekeeper.
