1 Bedroom Cabin in Eustace

Retreat to this beautiful wooded lakefront property with double decker dock. 200 feet waterfront to enjoy fishing, swimming, 2 kayaks , or canoe available. We have jet ski lifts. relax in a lounge chair on upper dock or tie a float to dock. one room cabin has queen bed, full bathroom, mini fridge,microwave, drip coffee pot, electric inside griddle. covered gazebo under tall trees has cushion swing seat and picnic table with ceiling fan. boat ramp on street. Boat and watercraft rentals on lake. many fishing guides and tours and tournaments. 2 cars or 1 car and 1 boat trailer allowed Ideal for 2 persons. firepit and bbq grill . Owner does not provide firewood, charcoal or lighter fluid. We are always available by message. Host's home is the one story section of the house next door. ( it has 2 houses adjoined by hallway with locked door) When we are there you may see us from if you are on the water from a distance on our back patio. The A frame part of the main house also could have guests staying and if so the dock or fire pit could be shared. Please do not park in street or neighbors yard. It’s easier to back trailer in drive if you turn on Terry Trace from Charlotte, it circles around to my street . No pets allowed

Summary: Great location, comfortable accommodation. Great view and loved the music coming from a wedding venue? across the lake. Only thing is a suggestion to fix the planks on the upper dock sticking up as it is a tripping hazard especially in the dark. Would love to return at some point in the future.

Summary: Good spot, plenty to do without leaving the property. It is very small but it worked and we were outside most of the time

Summary: The AC was working but I think it’s a little small for the whole area. WiFi was ok until the last day then we couldn’t watch TV. Lawn and deck was well maintained. Nice view from the dock and deck area.

Summary: The boat dock was perfect for fishing! (also good for swimming and sunbathing, but we just fished! ) The room was small, but everything you needed was handy and ready for you. A/C was worked well and the shower was larger than expected. Enjoyed grilling under the gazebo just outside our back door. Out side lighting where you needed it. We made use of shopping just 20 minutes away and small town restaurant just 10 minutes in Eustace, the Roost. Refrigerator is small so if you plan to bring your own food for a long stay, bring an ice chest. Owner says you can bring your own boat etc., just remember to ask for information. Really enjoyed our stay and must mention the bed was comfortable too!

Summary: We found the location to be quite lovely. The cabin was a very short distance from the waterfront. The cabin is actually a modified garage. It quite small but can an accommodate no more than two people. While there is a college dorm size fridge, a drip coffee pot and a microwave, there is no stovetop or oven so aside from the microwave you cannot cook, however the is a grill outside. There is a pergola outside with patio furniture. My husband sat on the dock and fished. Nice place to relax and unwind.
