Summary: The property was great for our needs. We were happy with the large space, comfortable bed, and all the amenities that Kelly provided. We we slightly disappointed that there wasn't a stove. However, the electric frying pan and toaster oven saved the day. Thank you, Kelly for letting us stay at your lovely home.

Summary: We spent 10 days in this lovely home. It is exceptionally clean and well-appointed. The owners are lovely people and made us feel very at home. The home has a bedroom, living room, kitchen and bathroom. Great for a couple.

Summary: The title pretty much says it all - clean, comfortable and spacious. Kelly the owner was friendly, responsive and easy to communicate with. The unit is in a nice neighborhood and fifteen minute drive to Boulder and a reasonable drive to Denver as well.

Summary: Kelly's place is excellent! Clean, cozy, well decorated, great neighborhood, no hassle check in, great instructions and communication. I highly recommend it. I will certainly book it again for my next visit to Boulder.

Summary: Wonderful 8-night stay that really suited our needs. Kelly was very communicative and helpful throughout the process. The apartment was as advertised and as most of the other reviewers noted. Very clean, very spacious, good location ... really appreciated the stock of paper products, shower supplies and coffee. Enjoyed sitting on the patio after a day of walking/hiking if we could dodge the afternoon storms. Some things to note if they are important to potential renters -- it is a "mother in law" apartment in the finished basement of Kelly's house. You can hear steps and dishes but not voices. It wasn't obtrusive for us but worth mentioning. You do have a private entry. The kitchen is sufficiently stocked and is fine for simple meals and heat ups but is a little cramped if you are planning full meal preparation. Again, wasn't a concern for us and suited our needs. We had a great stay and would highly recommend this for others. We would certainly stay again.

Summary: The property was described accurately, extremely clean and very comfortable. There was 2 of us and we had plenty of room and a walk in closet and extra drawers for our clothing. Bed was very very comfortable and the blankets and pillows here soft and comfy. The Kitchen had everything we needed. It was in a great neighborhood and easy to get around with stores and restaurants within a short distance. We went to Boulder daily and it was very east to get to freeway and a short distance. The property owner was easily available and made sure we had everything we needed. I would book this property again if ever in the area. It was a 5 star experience!!!

Summary: My friend and I stayed at Kelly's place for an extended weekend. It was our first time in the Denver/Boulder area and Kelly's place was convenient to both. The apartment is super spacious and clean, laundry is always a bonus. Communicating with Kelly was always quick. I'd recommend Kelly's place for future stays.

Summary: Very much enjoyed our stay. Lower level living space very comfortable. Kitchen small with limited counter space but workable. Very comfortable bed. Excellent living space. Small bathroom but fantastic shower! Terrific outdoor patio seating once the sun had descended. Homeowner did not intrude but anxious to be sure we had everything we needed. Couldn’t have asked for more.
