Nestled near beautiful bushland of Waraba Creek and only 8 km from the Caboolture CBD, this unique and beautifully appointed semi-detatched holiday home has zoned ducted air conditioning for guest year round comfort and is located on five secluded rural/residential acres.
Our accommodation features a modern fully equipped gourmet kitchen (with dishwasher, microwave, fridge-freezer, oven, cooktop), four spacious bedrooms that boast luxury beds and bedding, ceiling fans, built-in wardrobes, full length wall mirrors, extra pillows, reading lamps, clock/radios, universal phonecharges, block out blinds and curtains with all linen supplied. Two beautiful bathrooms have quality inclusions with towels, bathmats, hairdryers, liquid hand and shower soap being provided.
Our location has beautiful surrounds on five acres with lovely gardens, a small orchard, resident native wildlife such as kangaroos and an abundance of birdlife, whilst the property is bounded by Wararba Creek and bushland.
Boasting the peace and serenity of a rural lifestyle, we are only a short drive away from all local attractions and exciting activities within the Moreton Bay Region.
Bellmere on Richards' location is a 50 minute drive from Brisbane International & Domestic Airports, 7.8 km from the Caboolture CBD & Hub, a short drive from the $17m Queensland State Equestrian Centre, 25 minutes from beautiful Bribie Island and we are conveniently located at the southern end of the Sunshine Coast.
Caboolture is in the beautiful and exciting Moreton Bay Shire at the beginning of the Sunshine Coast. Our location is a short drive to the Sunshine Hinterland, local Wineries and a range of adventure and water sports. Morayfield Shopping Centre is a short drive away and has major retailers such as Woolworths, Coles, K-Mart & Big W, a Post Office and banks. There are a variety of restaurants in the Caboolture/Morayfield area, as well as three major Clubs and Taverns. Two local railway stations are located at Caboolture and Morayfield

* Our beautiful home is semi-detatched and is a fully separate private guest accommodation, whilst the back of the property is the owner's residence. Guests can be assured of complete privacy to enjoy their stay.
* We have reduced our guest numbers to a maximum of eight (8) guests.
* Our nightly rate includes up to four (4) guests, with an extra booking rate per person per night after four (4) guests to a maximum of eight (8) guests.
* We no longer offer our pool to guests, however there is a public swimming pool with adjoining gym less than 8 minutes from the property.

Summary: Our recent stay in this glorious accommodation was exceptional - blissful, peaceful, relaxing and a delight to the senses. The owners Vicki and Ken are exceptional hosts and the pride they take in their lovely property and in providing amazing and thoughtful guest accommodation and amenities was evident throughout our stay. Vicki and Ken could not have been more gracious and welcoming to us and our grandchildren who visited the property frequently. The thoughtful touches awaiting us on our arrival were so appreciated and included a freshly made, beautifully presented and delicious fruit platter, a box of chocolates, fresh flowers and guest biscuits. This sensational holiday home is fully self-contained, tastefully appointed and extremely comfortable. The home offers 4 beautiful bedrooms sumptuously decorated in various bright and stunning colour schemes. High quality linens and extremely comfortable bedding makes the sleeping environments in this home inviting and luxurious. The rest of the home is equally amazing. A spotlessly clean, bright, modern and spacious galley kitchen is stocked with everything you could possibly need for cooking, dining and entertaining. The 2 bathrooms are bright, modern and spotlessly clean, and the 2 living areas both offer a high degree of homely comfort. The main living area has a large modern TV and super-comfy arm chairs matched with an equally comfortable/roomy 3 seater sofa. The other (separate) living area is light and airy and is stocked with an extensive range of books/reading materials and games for guest use. A full separate laundry supplies all your laundry needs, including a washer/dryer combo, laundry detergent and a laundry trolley with pegs in case you prefer to use the outdoor washing lines for air drying. The outdoor areas of the property are stunning - guests are surrounded by lush natural scenery/bushland and wildlife in abundance - including kangaroos who visit regularly. The pool area is amazing and was a huge hit with the grandkids! The large undercover outdoor entertaining area is also outstanding and affords guests/visitors wonderful and tranquil views of the property whilst entertaining, dining or just simply relaxing. Overall, we cannot rate this exceptional holiday accommodation highly enough. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience at this absolute gem of a property.
