Positive: Location, layout and design, ease of use. Good facilities.
Negative: A few maintenance issues, eg kitchen sink plug doesn’t work so not easy to wash up in the sink,handbasin plugs hard to use, balcony doors difficult to lock. Balcony chairs broken and need replacement. Just needs a bit of TLC. A coffee table on the patio would have been nice.
Summary: Overall impressively designed property, how to get maximum space from small footprint. Comfortable and good to come home

Positive: The accommodation was spacious and quite well appointed. the location was great with a park across the road and the town centre within walking distance.
Negative: The property was dusty in places, the TV screens and bathrooms. There were cobwebs in many places, the shower heads in one of the ensuite shower rooms. The interior of the cabinet on the wall was dirty and in the other ensuite, the radiator was very rusty. The balcony needed to be swept while the seat of the chairs were chipped and broken. I reported all of these to the owner but he didnt respond.
Summary: The stay was spoilt by the above condition of the property.

Positive: Location was perfect for dog walks and heading into town. The house was clean and tidy with all the facilities that would be required for a longer stay.
Negative: No instructions for the heating controls so it was a bit chilly, but it was just a short stay. There is a damp smell in the lower bedroom, but I never used the room so wasn't that bothered.
Summary: Overall a good stay for a couple with a dog.

Positive: Modern layout, comfortable, great location. All amenities provided.
Negative: The sliding doors in the patio. Had no lock. There was no key. All you could do was lift the latch but the door was accessible to open from the outside. I did not sleep all night as I had a child with me and absolutely no security. Messaged the host on both numbers provided plus in app on booking.com. Nothing. It was late, granted, but when you have guests booked in; you respond. Messaged again in the morning. Nothing. At lunchtime they replied to say maintenance would be out. It transpired there has never been a key to this door so every previous guest has been left at risk with no lock on the door. Maintenance had to fit a new lock. A mild ‘sorry about that’ was nowhere near enough of a response to such an awful safety issue. We booked for two nights, we left early.

Negative: The downstairs toilet gave off a sewer smell. Had to keep door closed, fan on and aromatic sticks in bathroom. That it was ok. Would be nice if something could be done about the drainage around the parking area. Huge puddles pooled there making it difficult to walk in and out of the entry

Positive: Almost Everything! Modern design and facilities, warm and comfortable . The nespresso machine was a huge bonus. In a quiet location within 15 minutes walk of the city.
Negative: Slight smell in the shower room.

Positive: We appreciated that location, the natural light and the layout of the apartment. The beds and bedding were nice and the water pressure and temperature were quite good.
Negative: The kitchen was not as clean as it should have been and the cookware has scratched and peeling nonstick coating, which makes them unsafe to use. There is no teapot in the kitchen.(One of the main reasons to rent a self-catering unit is to cook for oneself, so if one can't, it's a disappointment to say the least.) The home itself needs some TLC, including missing or damaged hardware on cabinets and doors, dust balls and spots of mess on the walls and stained carpets. ( Apparently, prior renters have not been respectful guests ...) The potholes in the sidewalk and gravel road in front had flooded in the rain, which made it difficult to get to the front door with luggage without a car, which we were without.
