Positive: Very clean, very comfortable. Appliances, HVAC, WiFi: everything worked and was well maintained. Good communications with the owner. Plenty of basic kitchen and bathroom supplies. Easy parking at least when I was there. Easy access from main roads if you're driving yourself.
Negative: Check in process was a little convoluted, a written description of the process would be easier than phone calls back and forth.
Summary: Very nice, would stay again.

Positive: I came with my three teenagers and we made great use of the pool. The pool is Olympic sized and so clean. The proximity to the beach and nearby restaurants was also great. The apartment itself fit our family well and we loved the view to the sea from the third floor. We would definitely come again.
Negative: I would recommend having an instruction sheet with things like the wifi code, how to use the amenities, taking the key card to get into the complex, etc in the room.
