Positive: The surroundings and location. Bed comfortable.

Negative: No real access to wifi even in the office. Very poor. Cleaning of bathrooms a bit hit and miss. Change of ownership while we were there.

Negative: Lodge 7 was in an internet dead-spot. That needs to be fixed by expanding Wi-Fi coverage. To many cigarette disposal containers with used butts hanging around. Have more availability of reception staff. The lockbox for after hours admissions was not working properly. Even the property manager couldn't get it opened, though he eventually did. I emailed saying that,I would arrive late but never got a response. Luckily the property manager happend to walk by...after I was trying to get in for about 1/2 hour.

Negative: The bedroom layout. Our double bed was traversed by a bunkbed which meant we could not sit in the bed. There were two chairs in the room but nowhere to put down your drink on. Really uncomfortable!
