Positive: Awesome location, 3rd zone of urban rail, 40-50 min from anything (in a 5 or so million agglomeration - that`s great), very high frequency transit. 6 min walk from station (maybe 8-9 with luggage), 10 min walk to Lidl.

Negative: Not location`s problem per se but damn so many mosquitoes. I wish it was written somewhere in warnings, like take extra liter of bug repellant.

Summary: Cute quiet suburb with much saner prices than "official" Barcelona core (zone 1 of railway)
