Positive: Nice, welcoming staff - a family run business. Very clean, modern room with a great hot shower and space for our family. Drinks provided for guests and nice, small upper terrace to use. Near enough to access the beach clubs and nearby sights.

Negative: Mobile phone service is limited generally in some parts of Mexico so last minute comms from the hotel didn't come through and navigation apps struggled to find the hotel, so better directions and perhaps a heads up about the labyrinth style road system could have been useful ahead of time. The room itself was lovely but the only natural light was from a double sliding door that faced onto the communal hallway which reduced our sense of privacy and ability to have some light in the room.

Positive: Staff was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast is basic, but does the job. The hotel itself is nice and has a relaxing vibe.

Negative: You can hear everything outside your door. I was unfortunately next to a family with young kids who would shout and scream from 7am in the mornings. Not the hotel's fault, but if you don't like hearing your neighbours, this is not the ideal place for you. A few cleanliness issues here and there although generally pretty clean.

Positive: For a continental breakfast, it was much larger than expected. We had a choice of milk, juice, coffee or tea. There was a bran cereal, corn clakes and granola. Yogurt, jam, butter, bread for toast, croissants some mornings, and typically some kind of coffee cake. The room was spacioous and very clean. We loved listening to the birds on the balcony with lots of trees in the courtyard. We also enjoyed the pool and sitting in shade under the palapa. All the staff and front desk staff were very friendly and helpful.

Negative: We didn't like the absence of salt, pepper, and oil in the kitchen. Also there were no mixing bowls or salad bowls.

Positive: Big modern room and terrace with almost a whole Kitchen available. Access to a rooftop Pool. We had some WiFi issues that were promptly resolved. Free Coffee, Tea and water in the Lobby.
