Positive: Having hot water for showering is very important for me and that really made my day stay when I found out how nice and hot it the water was in such a cute country location. I love that they provided extra blankets as I do tend to get cold easily. Now they don't have small bathing towels so may want to bring your own if you are accustomed to cleaning yourself with one. I really enjoyed the location of this place. It was really close to everything that the little town had to offer. You could literally walk everywhere if you wanted. I came at a terrible time in December during rainy season so I couldn't enjoy the bleaches but, they were still beautiful to witness from afar.
Negative: Looks like that there are pictures showing two (or more) different apartments but only one was offered. I was expecting to get the one that was in the first few pictures but didn't. Quiet hours are stated to be around 11pm-12am but during my stay, it was always noisy, but only in the front part of the place. If you go the back room, you won't be able to hear much. I was looking forward to movie nights with my husband, but the TV didn't work at all. Everything was so ridiculously laggy and the fan in the front room is broken also. Hope they get these things fixed soon. The sheer curtains were a complete no for me. I would have loved a bit for privacy even though I was in the country, still had neighbors, One last thing is that this place made me feel a bit off/eerie/unhomely due to how big spacious it is without the right amount/type of furniture so it was very echoey or maybe it was the design itself, can't quite put my finger on it but yeah.

Positive: Everything is perfect, a big house, really spacious, the kitchen was very equipped, everything was clean and organized, the esthetic of the house 10/10. Attractions and groceries are close to the house.

Positive: The apartment was beautiful - clean and spacious. The hosts were very helpful in spite of the language barrier - they didn't speak english and we don't speak spanish. However, we communicated through our phone with google translation and we managed just fine. I would recommend this place to anybody.
Negative: I have no complaints.
Summary: We had a very pleasant stay. We had originaly booked for only 4 nights, but decided to stay for 7.

Positive: It has an air conditioner in the main room so it's very comfortable. It has hot water so it helps doing stuff in the kitchen and bathing the kids specially if you have a baby. It's near to Rio San Juan city center and at the same time it's near to Playa Caletón. The staff is always looking to improve the experience, I could call anytime and they were willing to help. The property has security door lock, outdoor cameras and inside garage so it makes me feel safe.
