Negative: Netflix on TV which didn't work unless you had the no commercials package. Strange as worked in other hotels. Towels which were past their sell by date. Overall a typical Marriott. Only stayed there as our cycling tour company booked for end of tour and we added a night

Positive: Great location, very close to a lot of restaurants, shops and other conveniences. Great room with a lovely view. Great coat closet, cabinets to put your things in. A lounge area to relax in and a desk with chair, comfortable bed and I got extra blankets that made my sleep very nice and warm. Free bottle of water and watering stations on certain floors and at the lobby. I got extra toilet paper that made it convenient.
Negative: It was a full house the time that I stayed. I don't think the hotel had enough room attendant staff that was able to refresh the rooms because I came back to my hotel room after the day and it was still not refreshed the whole weekend. They did refresh them close to past the end of the day but they were in such a rush that they forgot to refill the toiletries that was already close to empty when I checked in. They were in such a rush that they left the dirty glasses and forgot to replace them for new ones. Had to request for a kettle for hot water but there was none available. Had to go to the restaurant to get hot water which was horrible because of course the servers were very busy. Had to request for mugs because it's not already provided. Didn't have other toiletries like mouth wash and things in case you forget some things at the little convenient market at the hotel.

Negative: The concierge staff were great and the check-in staff were also good but the bar staff were quite snobbish. We had one drink and left as we did not feel like the bar had a nice atmosphere at all.
Summary: Convenient but probably would not stay again.
