This is a fun house, but not a party house!!!
We want everyone to have a good time and to respect the surrounding neighbors.
No more than 12 people allowed in the home.
Quiet hours start at 10pm (especially outdoors).
Failure to abide by these rules will result in loss of $1,000 deductible and immediate removal from the home.
Beautiful backyard with private heated* pool, great for entertaining.
California modern home in the best location in Dallas. Open floor plan downstairs with large kitchen island flowing to the living room that features high end furnishing and TV. Large sliding glass door connects the living room to the covered back patio with dining table, seating area with fireplace and TV.
The decor and furnishings of this home are crafted by one of Dallas's best interior designers and emphasize quality and detail. From handcrafted tile to locally sourced antiques, this property truly gives the essence of extravagance without compromising comfort.
Upstairs is the large master suite with king size canopy bed, walk-in closet and incredible bathroom. There are two additional upstairs bedrooms, both with king size beds.
*Pool heating is provided at no additional charge.
The pool has a heat pump which is capable of heating the pool when the air temperature is around 65+ degrees. We do our best to keep the pool temperature around 88 degrees from Late March to early November. However we cannot guarantee the pool will be heated to a certain temperature.
HOUSE LAYOUT:
1st Floor: Main entrance, 2 car garage, dining room, kitchen, living room and 1/2 bathroom.
2nd Floor: 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms
PARKING:
• 2 car garage for two standard size vehicles
• Driveway in front of house that can fit an additional 2 vehicles
ACCESS:
• Automated keyless entry to all doors (no keys!)
• Alarm system and outdoor security cameras for your safety. Security cameras located at front door, back patio and garage.

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay and appreciate the approval to spend our 10th anniversary enjoying each other and your property! It was just as described and the pool /patio area and main bathroom was our favorite!! We definitely plan to book everytime we visit Dallas!!

Summary: We booked this home because we were going to be in town for my daughter’s cheer competition, but the universe had a different plan for this particular weekend. We ended up not making it due to flight issues because there was a snow storm hitting the area. After hours on the phone with the airlines trying to get a flight I realized that we were going to be out of luck. Kale was very understanding about our unfortunate circumstances and worked with us. I give 5 stars for every category because Kale was amazing and I know with vacation rentals they are only as good as their hosts and this host is awesome. Next time we are able to make it to Dallas we will definitely be staying here!

Summary: Our first thanksgiving in Texas and I am sure glad we booked our stay at this property. The location was close to downtown and the areas we were visiting. It was also around the corner from the grocery store which made things very easy when we needed something. I appreciate the newness of the property, especially being around so many older run down homes. The pool was a lovely addition. The whole check in process and communication throughout was easy too! Would stay again!

Summary: This is a beautiful house with lots of space. 6 of us spent three nights and it was the perfect size. The downstairs is spacious with lots of room to hang out and the pool was a great way to cool off. All the bedrooms are upstairs. The area is fantastic with lots of restaurants and bars within a very short drive. We would definitely stay here again.

Summary: This is a fairly new property in great shape near all the action of uptown and lower Greenville. The pool and patio are great. My children enjoyed their stay, and the adults enjoyed the proximity to all our favorite spots in Dallas. The layout of the house is great, open, and airy. We appreciated that the owners were immediately available when needed but also gave us our privacy. We would definitely stay there again.
