Positive: Complimentary morning croissants and a really friendly and kind host. One of our party got ill during our stay and the host had a first aid kit delivered to our room. Just really excellent customer service.
Negative: The night guard is pretty rude and unhelpful but everything else was really top-notch.
Summary: Lovely place to stay, great location and fun amenities.

Positive: All was lovely. Very kind host Emily. Thank you! Surrounding garden was perfect place to relax. On the top of it we were allowed to pick the fruits which our daughter loved. Locked parking, etc. I can fully recommend.
Summary: Amazing place to stay at the beach and good starting point for visiting of other parts os the region.

Positive: Great place! We've spent there almost a week and feel good about it. Apartment with a balcony was obviously the right choice (more daylight, sea view). Close to sea (free beach 5 mins walk). 20-25 mins to Siracusa by car, 40-45 to Catania. What else? Kitchen equipment, spacious parking, friendly staff, free croissants every morning.

Positive: very polite and helpful staff. beautiful place with a garden. a wonderful treat every morning. very close to the beach, cafe, shop. balcony with sea view
Negative: the sauna doesn't work. there was not always hot water in the shower. the stove was slow to heat up.

Positive: The apartments have an incredibly beautiful garden, with trimmed grass and orange trees. It was allowed to gather fruits from the trees. My children love it.
Negative: When we arrived, there was no hot water. The boiler was unfortunately powered off. But the caretaker switched it back, as we reported.
Summary: Very nice garden, like an oasis.
