Positive: We really liked the accommodation. It was clean and there was everything you need for a good stay in Paris, the flat is also child-friendly. The location was excellent as there was a supermarket and metro station right outside the front door. The Communication with the host Nicolas was also super easy. I can only recommend :)

Positive: Appeared to be recently remodeled with high-end finishings. First floor apt was very nice to have. Very comfortable, large TV, washer and dryer were a great bonus. Close to bus and metro stations.

Positive: Clean modern apartment that comfortably hosted 4. The apartment is quiet and is located in a cosy neighborhood. There are many really nice restaurants close-by and close to a few different metro stations. The host was very polite, responsive and acomodating to our requests.

Positive: I found the apartment really clean, we were 6 tall people that fit perfectly into all the 3 great beds, even the sofa contains a really good qualitative bed. The place is calm and close to the center. We had very good advises from Nicolas for low prices semi-gastronmic retaurants and events near by. Supermaket and bakery less than 1 minute walking, we would love to be back and recommend this place and the renter.

Positive: It was cozy and really nice location, of course a bit far away from the eiffel tower but if you look into the metro system in paris it’s pretty okay. They have like 3 metros close and it’s also really close to sacre coeur. Neighborhood is also really cute and a couple of good restaurants next to the airbnb aswell as a boulangerie and a grocery store, so everything you need and for that price it’s just awesome. Also really helping host, replied fast with any questions!

Negative: We had a bit of a thight schedule and needed the atelier ready at 2pm because my sister had to get ready since we had louvre tickets for 4pm and still had to get there and everything and the atelier wasn’t ready yet, but it wasn’t an issue cause the cleaner was okay with my sister getting ready while he was there. I felt a bit bad for him cause the whole family was kinda hanging out while he cleaned but it is what it is. He couldn’t speak any english tough so communication was google translate which was a bit funny! 😄

Positive: The beds were very comfortable, even the sofa bed was comfortable which is unusual generally! The host was very helpful and responsive. The location of the apartment and area is great.

Negative: There was a problem with the drains which would cause a smell in the evenings throughout the apartment. There had been heavy rain so this may have aggravated this. The host was very responsive and took immediate action so I would imagine this will have been rectified for the next visitor.
