Positive: We had a fantastic stay at Aspasia's clean and bright apartment! The apartment is incredibly spacious, with air-conditioning in every bedroom and the lounge, ensuring a comfortable stay for us. The proximity to Voulameni Lake is a definite plus, so we visited there several times during the month we stayed there and we also enjoyed relaxing on the beautiful balcony with its stunning sunset views. The smart TV in the lounge was great too. The pool is amazing, offering a refreshing escape. The location is perfect, surrounded by many great restaurants within a 5-minute walk. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a large American fridge which was a bonus. The location is quiet, providing a peaceful retreat. We highly recommend Aspasia's flat for a memorable and enjoyable stay! Thank you so much Constantina, Aspasia and family, best wishes from Ben and Linda!

Positive: This is an excellent place suitable for both short-term and long-term stays. The apartment itself is fully equipped—when I say fully, I mean it. It includes an oven, washing machine, an array of dishes, and various appliances—everything you could possibly need. It's incredibly spacious, boasting two balconies on opposite sides, each offering a fantastic view. One overlooks the sea, providing a refreshing breeze, while the other showcases the stunning mountains. The owners are amazing and incredibly helpful; they'll assist you promptly with anything you require. In terms of design, anticipate a traditional yet elegant and upscale environment.
Negative: There isn't much more to add, but it's important to note that the location isn't central. Having a car might be advantageous. However, even without one, you'll find plenty of restaurants and coffee places within walking distance. To reach the nearest tram, you'll need to take a bus

Positive: Very nice, well-kept accommodation with a pleasant neighborhood, we only met Greeks :-). Large terrace with stunning sea views. The pool was great too and always clean, we didn't use it that often, but when we did, we were always the only ones. The location is a bit outside of Athens and the tourist places (that's meant positively), but the nearby beaches (5-15 minutes by car, taxi 5-15 euros) are unexpectedly beautiful, not overcrowded at all for August, the sea is clean and the water is wonderfully crystal clear. The hosts were very friendly and attentive. The key handover worked smoothly. Communication was in English. Our expectations were met. We can fully recommend the accommodation!
