Positive: The caravan was clean and tidy nothing bad to say , location is very peaceful with amazing views, great place to stay for exploring Cornwall , we loved the little on site shop and staff were amazing too

Positive: It was clean, tidy and well-equipped and exactly as advertised. The arrival and departure instructions were clear as was the helpful advice about operating the equipment. We had to contact the owners at one point and received a helpful response very quickly.

Negative: The whole holiday site suffered a power outage during our stay. The power to the van was restored after 5 hours but the internet was off and playbarn unavailable for a couple of days. This was an unusual occurrence and outside the control of the van owners. It didn't seriously affect our enjoyment.

Summary: We were a family of seven and we had lots of fun.

Positive: Close to where we was visiting family spacious nice views everything you needed for your stay well equipped . Hosted where very helpful friendly and accommodating .

Positive: Lovely place! The accommodation was very welcoming, clean and warm. Nice and hot. Attention to detail. Local shop is a bonus. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Really nice and quiet areas around the property.

Negative: Unfortunately there was no washing machine available at the property and stayed there with children for few days without being able to wash their clothes was disappointed.

Summary: Definitely recommend it 👌 Very comfortable staying.

Positive: Lovely caravan equipped with everything that was needed. Efficient heating. Very clean. The bedding, particularly the duvets and pillows, were excellent quality. Show was also very good. The host was really good at keeping in touch.

Negative: We turned up half an hour early (3.30pm), hoping the caravan would be ready, but it was not. I had driven 300 miles with an elderly dog and 92 year old mother, who both needed the toilet! Although I understand the rules, however I would expect them to be relaxed out of season. When we finally got to the caravan, the key was not in the key safe, which meant another trip to reception.
