Negative: Could be names on the deserts, as I can’t have bananas, would be good to know if the cake/etc have it or not before I took it

Positive: What an Amazing Hotel – Truly Exceeded Expectations! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the reception team, who were not only friendly but incredibly professional. A special mention to the reception manager Tsambika, who went above and beyond to ensure every aspect of our stay was taken care of and nothing was too much trouble with her team. The staff throughout the hotel are all lovely, always smiling, helpful, and genuinely keen to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. The rooms are lovely, but I highly recommend booking a deluxe or larger room, as these have been beautifully renovated and finished to a high standard Beach towels are provided The food throughout the hotel was excellent, with a variety of fresh and delicious options to choose from (does have the normal repeated options like chips, pasta) they cook two food options on the grill on Mon, Wed & Sat). The bar and casual dining area downstairs was perfect for a relaxed lunch (will be queues at peak time), Always something out to eat throughout the day (fruits were really good) while the upstairs restaurant, smoothly managed by Nikos, offered a more refined dining experience. The pools are fantastic, the beach right there, with a bar conveniently located nearby for drinks and snacks (Shush, coffee, ice coffee, good selections of cocktails and if dont want alcohol just ask, more than helpful to do if can). (Crepes were amazing- always a queue but worth it!) The team for kids were excellent from could see, age 4 -12 can be left under good care for couple hours or day. Mini disco at 8.30pm and even movie after. (Just not on Fridays) As a travel agent who has stayed in many hotels around the world, I would confidently rate this hotel. In fact, we enjoyed it so much that we decided to extend our holiday!
Negative: It's not that didn't like or bad, just more to keep in mind If stay in standard room is basic. only one plug socket (bring an extension) Does need to renovated Shower over bath (bath small) Deluxe room is so much better Has more plugs 😅 Double room just has a shower and door to bathroom as family room is more a open plan (has wall between bathroom and beds) Gym could use a renovation but is definitely still able to use There will be queues for food or drinks at peak times but goes quickly Not hotel fault, more the people. Loads of sunbeds available around the pools and on beach howver if want good spot or on the beach they go so fast and very early. It's sad that some people will leave it and not be there all day, only a couple of hours) Hard for hotel to maintain when there are alot of people to really keep an eye on towels being placed.

Positive: We had an amazing view of the ocean from our room, the sunrises were gorgeous, and the hotel's beach area had a nice sandy shoreline. All the hotel staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The kids absolutely loved the activities the hotel organized for them.

Positive: Great hotel given the price. Several pools and located on the beach. Many fun activities during the weeks and good evening shows. Recommend the sea view deluxe room which was in very good condition.
