New apartment with state of art fixings. Conveniently located on the famous Burke Rd where plenty of cafes, restaurants, and fashion shops are hosted. Only 400m to the Camberwell train station. 10 minutes train trip into Melbourne CBD.
The apartment has 1 double bedroom and 1 single bedroom, both have a formal bed. It is ideal to accommodate 2-3 people. However, the sofa in the spacious living area is a double-bed sized sofa bed, which can accommodate additional two people if required. A large dinning table is set next to Kitchen.
There is a car park space for this apartment in the basement. The entrance to the basement carpark area has a 2.1 m height limitation. The basement car park is accessed via Kintore St.

Summary: Had a great stay here for the formula 1. Trams easily accessible right out front and some great restaurants nearby, we loved Sam’s bbq and steak house. Easy to access unit and garage to check in. Richard supplied all details on the day for an easy stress free stay. Will be staying again next time I’m in Melbourne.

Summary: Really well appointed and equipped apartment(maybe one or two side plates would be good but not a problem!) Ideal location for trams and train Spotless ,plenty towels,comfortable beds ….. Would recommend to anyone coming to Melbourne

Summary: Lovely unit in a great location, close to shops and breakfast spots, as well as trams and train station. Minor hick up when checking in was sorted out and checking in was easy. Parking underneath. We’d recommend for anyone looking for a place to stay in this part of Melbourne.

Summary: All we needed for 3 nights in Melbourne. Excellent location close to rail and shops. Out of the city rat race, yet close enough for easy commute to town. Unit was very clean, with plenty of towels. Communication with Richard was easy as was check in and check out. Only small negative is 2nd bedroom is tiny and with no window to outside.

Summary: It was a nice property with a very lovely host. Modern, clean and good equipped. We even caused extra effort due to an accident we had but with the host there was no problem to find an agreement. Would recommend everyone to stay there 👍

Summary: Apartment was clean and bright. Plenty of towels and other necessities. Richard is a lovely man and alway available if needed. It's in an ideal location for the trams, rail station and so many shops and cafes serving amazing food and coffee. Definitely rent again.
