Summary: I found this to be an older hotel. Having stayed in a good selection of hotels downtown Toronto. In the suite there was supposed to be a small amount of cutlery, dishes and proper suite amenities but there was none. The pullout couch bed was right in front the very small what they called the kitchenette, and several toes were stubbed trying to get by as there was only 6 inches to walk through. Extremely poor placement of the pullout bed to the room. The room was otherwise clean and safe, very great location downtown and the staff extremely lovely. Parking was very reasonable price and very good. Unfortunately, I will not stay there again as the price did not match my expectations. I was expecting with the price, that this hotel would match or be a good comparison to One King West and their suites, but it absolutely did not. I will stay at One King West again moving forward.

Summary: The elevators are terribly slow, all of the guests were commenting while waiting and travelling in the elevators. Staff was wonderful. Rooms are not refreshed between nights, so no fresh towels, coffee, etc. Be sure to ask for water at the front desk, it's nice that they have it. Room check in 4:00, this is not great for travellers, there are people crowding the lobby waiting to get into rooms. You can pay more for an earlier check in, $100. It is a nice hotel with comfortable beds, and great location.

Summary: The room was clean. The staff was friendly. It was a great location with a grocery store across the street and near a Tim Hortons and only a 15 minute walk to the sea Tower. We would definitely stay here again.

Summary: As usual with these suite hotels, the rooms are large, good enough, comfy beds. Location is good, a stones throw from the Eaton Centre I didn’t like the fact that for a 4 night stay, my room was made up once, supposedly I should have been told that, but wasn’t, and in any case it’s too late at check-in, make it obvious on the website. Also, don’t pre-book breakfast, it’s pretty average. One block away is Sunset Grill, which is awesome

Summary: Really pleasant and simple check in. Room was simple but very clean. Breakfast was a bit underwhelming. Probably would have chosen not to pay for this breakfast and instead go somewhere else. Quiet hotel.
