Positive: Nice unit, comfortable beds, good location, good value for the price.
Negative: The electrical equipment is very old, there's an antique TV in the living room, one room has no TV at all, and in the other, the TV isn't connected to anything. The dishwasher is very old, there's very dim lighting in the living room, lots of simple light bulbs together don't illuminate the space enough, with minimal cost, the whole experience could be upgraded. We requested a late check-out at 12 PM, invested an hour phone call, and were denied, check-out at 10 AM on a holiday, it's quite clear that no one was supposed to enter our place.

Negative: THE KEY WAS IN A LOCK BOX ON THE SKI LOCKER. THE FRONT DOOR HAD A CODE, HOWEVER NOBODY TOLD US THE KEY DID NOT WORK IN THE SKI LOCKER AND OUR SKIS GOT LOCKED IN WHICH REQUIRED US TO CALL FOR A MAINTANCE PERSON TO BREAK INTO THE LOCKER. THEY WERE PROMPT BUT THIS SHOULD NOT HAVE HAPPENED. ALSO THERE WAS NO DURAFLAME LOGS SUPPLIED WHEN I ASKED BY EMAIL PRIOR TO GOING IF THERE WERE AND I WAS TOLD YES THEY WERE SUPPLIED

Negative: Lights was a little too dim and TV from living was not working. Also, the doors was unlocked even though I waited a couple of seconds. Everything else was fine.
