Driveway and Pooldeck are brick paved. This pristine lakefront location is perfect for those wishing to “get away from it all” ready to enjoy serene sunsets, watching wildlife galore, quiet days at the pool, refreshingly uncrowded vistas with only two other houses along the shores of the lake. You will feel so far away BUT yet so close to everything like 42 miles of unspoiled beaches on our 3 barrier island, various Golf Courses, 7 grocery stores, Town Center Mall, great restaurants and bars.
Double entry doors open to a great room concept living area that flows uninterrupted to the covered lanai and heated pool. Great room with mood & portrait light ceilings is furnished with off white color sofas, a chair with foot rest, entertainment center with 55” smart TV and electric fire place. Entertain friends with the whole home sound system, speakers wired in every room of the house as well as lanai and pool deck. A spacious well equipped kitchen with solid wood cabinets, granite counters and bar, with stainless appliances is at the heart of this home. A formal dining area is just steps away. The study/den is setup as an office. Zero degree 8 ft. sliders pocket back to open up the entire living area to the paver pool deck and the relaxing saltwater heated pool, outdoor dining and lounge area on the screen enclosed paver deck, outdoor shower and Storm Smart shutters. Paver walkway is extended out from the home to provide a fantastic lookout as well as a cozy patio area with fire pit.
The master bedroom with King bed, night stands, dresser and 50” TV is located on the west side of the house with large slider to the covered lanai and a view out to the lake that is pretty easy to wake up to each morning. Master bath is spacious with large double vanity and huge walk in shower. Two nice size guest bedrooms featuring one King and two twin beds, sharing a bathroom with shower. The King bedroomalso comes with 50” TV and the Twin bedroom with a 43" TV, night stands and dresser. Ideal location for biking in the nice and quiet neighborhood, with the „Pioneer Bike Trail“ which leads to the Gulf of Mexico ! This home exemplifies "The Good Life".

Summary: We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful home In Placida, FL. We have stayed at many vacation rentals and this home by far has been our favorite. EVERYTHING a family could want to make an enjoyable beach vacation was here. We really enjoyed the outdoor area and how the home opened up so much with the outdoor lanai. We spent a lot of time swimming, sunning and listening to and watching the wildlife from a comfortable distance. We were so relaxed and comfortable in the home that it is was hard to get our teenagers to the beach some days. We enjoyed biking the Pioneer Haze trail which we were able to easily reach from the home. We searched for geocaches by bike in the surrounding area. We spent time at Gasparilla Island and Boca Grande and Engelwood beaches. This home is definitely in a more remote/still developing area but only a 20 minute drive to the beach and many water activities (we enjoyed paddle boarding and kayaking this trip). This home was not only beautiful and well appointed but also immaculately clean which we appreciate always but particularly during Covid times. If you are looking for a beautiful, relaxing place to get away from it all, this is the place for you. It was perfect for our family and the memories made will be cherished for a lifetime. Thank you! PS - there are 4 beach chairs plus a cooler in the garage. Had we known this we would not have traveled with ours so hopefully this helps someone else out.
