This fully furnished and beautifully appointed home is available for short or long term occupancy.
The home is a single level home with 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Each of the bedrooms sleeps 2 with a king bed in the master and queen bed in the guest room. The master suite features a walk in closet and walk in shower. The guest bedroom has a full sized closet and guest bathroom has a tub/shower. The sofa sleeper in the living room sleeps 2 additional guests.
Plenty of room for entertaining with a 4 person table in the dining room (leaf expands to seat 6-8 comfortably) with an additional 4 person table in the breakfast nook overlooking the golf course.
The expansive patio boasts 70 feet of golf course frontage, incredible views!
All appliances, linens, kitchenware and utilities are included plus guests have the use of 1 car parking in the garage and additional 2 car parking in the driveway.

Summary: This comfortable 2BR, 2BA home was just right for us. We needed a place for three people for four days while attending a wedding at Falcon Field in Mesa. Clean, convenient, quiet. And a big screen TV to watch other major weekend events. We felt very safe. Watching the golfers through the kitchen window while eating our breakfast was a bonus.

Summary: Camelot golf course was one of the first public golf courses in 1964, renamed Painted Mountain in 1993, there’s a lamp in the house to commemorate every year of it’s existence, jk, seriously great location to everything in the Phoenix/Mesa area, house has comfortable beds , everything you need in a authentic Mesa decor, thanks

Summary: Great location, close to all we needed for the family wedding we were attending. Nothing "fancy" about this place but had all the necessities. In need of update and decluttering in my opinion but as we spent very little time in the home we didn't mind.

Summary: This place worked great for our needs, very close to a friend we were visiting. Clean, comfortable and spacious for the 3 of us. Actually wish we could have spent more time there relaxing, but were on the go doing things with our friend and his family. Would definitely stay here again and/or recommend it to others.

Summary: we traveled to AZ for some spring training. Overall, the house was solid. The outside patio had some water damage in the ceiling, but everything else was good. Everything worked, located in quiet area, no issues at all. Would rent again.

Summary: Staying at this property was peaceful. Watching golfers in the morning, lounging around, whatever we wanted to do at the house we were able to do. Plenty of room for kids to run around. Definitely would rent again.
