Positive: Staff super friendly. Owner super comprehensive (we got to make some changes due to a flight cancellation and help to sort out the best way) Rooms very clean Location superb, expect a 15 minutes drive to the main road, but offers a secluded and tranquil location

Negative: Only the walls did not protect from outside /neighbours noise However they help to ensure people are respectful at night time

Positive: This place has the potential..... However it's not there yet. Pros: beautiful scenery! Really nice staff and care takers. The house is really unique! If your looking for a unique outdoorsy option this is great! The outdoor space and decks are nice. We were able to walk (5k each way) to 2 different waterfalls! The community felt safe and friendly.

Negative: Cons: it's very hard to get to if you don't rent a car or scooter. The room we stayed on was in the main house which is where the community area is. The walls don't go all the way to the ceiling in the bathroom so it is open at the top to the kitchen which was weird and did not feel private. The walls are thin palm leaf so it is very loud of others are talking in the kitchen. The kitchen has a stove and fridge And kettle but lacks the cooking basics. It has 1 pan and a very small pot. The kitchen also didn't feel super clean. The shower curtain is too short and so water gets everywhere. Honestly it's a lot of small things but definitely has potential!

Positive: a lot of potential. i think if you rent the entire property, and they did renovations it would be great. the staff is very kind and helpful.

Negative: the door doesnt close properly so tons of bugs get in. the room is infested with ants. the towels we got were dirty, and there was no hot water. I expected the walls being thin after reading the views, but i still wasn’t prepared. its actually a ridiculous joke. its like the other guests are in the same room with you. We got in a fight with the other guests after us “being too loud” trying to take a shower at 11pm (we had a long travel day). everything in the kitchen was falling apart and it was really difficult to make anything. the location is ok, you can rent a scooter and get around easily but its about 20 minutes into town. I stayed here for peace and quiet, but with all the dogs constantly barking and begging for food and hearing every step from the other guests, it was far from it. The staff really tried to be accommodating and they did their best, they were great. The swinging chairs are nice in theory, but they are super dirty, falling apart, and the dogs are always sitting on them. So much potential but it needs renovations and better upkeep.

Summary: good if you rent the entire property, not for a room.

Positive: It's a very remote location which is very nice, very isolated and quiet at night, and the very spacious common areas you can use. Honestly it's well worth the money and very very nice to stay at

Negative: Primary complaint was if you book the double room, which is right beside the other one available, you will be woken up every morning by the neighbors slamming doors, yelling and talking at 5am until they leave. Parking isn't really explained, but you park on side of road in front of path that's about it.

Summary: Remote lovely stay away from norm of resorts.
