This house with private pool is located in a quiet area near (800m) from the magnificent Empuries beach (sandy beach at a place called "Rec del Moli") Very comfortable house with a contemporary style. For allergy sufferers, its interior layout has been designed to avoid allergens as much as possible (no drapes but shutters). It has 4 bedrooms (including two suites), 3 bathrooms (one of which has a bath), a recent and hyper-well-equipped kitchen (for example: Nespresso machine), a 2-car garage, baby equipment available, ... This property has 4 terraces, one by the pool, one upstairs overlooking the pool (solarium), one with the master suite and the last with the barbecue area. This can allow you to isolate yourself. Summary: The house is very clean, comfortable & well-equipped inside with the exception of the pillows which could do with replacing & one of the beds had a nylon base sheet. The pool is larger than the pictures on-line portray & is beautifully maintained. There is seating outside around several tables dotted about the garden. There are only 3 sun loungers at the property which, as we were a party of 5, was a bit annoying but it didn't affect our enjoyment. Overall, this is a lovely house.

Summary: Beautiful, spacious, modern house. Three of the 4 bedrooms were air conditioned. The rest of the house can get very hot. We asked for a fan and owner offered to have one picked up by us, then reimburse us, but due to distance to the store they wanted us to use and their hours of operation, we ended up not getting a fan at all, stayed out till as late as possible to avoid the heat and mosquitoes. The area has plenty of restaurant options about 15-20 minutes walk away. The walk is beautiful and the food, very good. Plan ahead and make reservations if you want to be able to sit outdoors and look at the sunset on the sea. Would love to visit again! The property was well equipped, the manager, very professional and the owner had a bottle of cava in the fridge for us. Some details that would be a wonderful addition: fans, towels and an outdoor area to wash off the sand. Overall, great stay for our 2 couples and 2 young adult children.

Summary: The villa is in very well kept and the standard of fittings high. The pool was warm and the BBQ saw some action too. We were a party of 6 (5 adults and 1 child) and the layout was great for us. The villa is an easy stroll to the beach, town and local supermarkets.

Summary: I was there with my family for a long weekend in October. The weather was exceptional , more than 25° and if you like to walk or run along the sea, it’s really the place to be , the view is fantastic. The house is modern and very nice , ideally located , very quiet but also not far from the restaurants and the beach. The swimming pool is ideally integrated in the garden. I really enjoyed the big BBQ , attached to the house and with a light so that you can cook in the late evening. The service is top, the maintenance is done by a neighbor and the owner reacts quickly when you have a question. I’m going to come back with friends in the summer.
