Summary: Saically, the hotel was fine in every way, except the restaurant could serve only the cold (buffet) entry and the (buffet) dessert. No hot meal ,for which we had been anticipating after our long journey that day. We never did discover why there was no hot main course that evening.

Summary: Stayed here whist travelling around Europe, ideal overnight stop. Clean and comfortable for the money. The staff were very helpful and the food was reasonable as well. The car park and hotel were with a large fenced area and locked at night which was reassuring.

Summary: was concerned about booking having not known anything about the chain and the deal I found being so good, but upon arrival, the staf were helpful, the room was clean and comfortable and the housekeeping staff cleaned and made beds everyday, along with constantly giving us top ups on tea and coffee! very pleasent experience and ould definitely stay there next time we are in France! (Only negative is the fact there wasnt a single english tv channel....but i guess we were in France!!)

Summary: we only had one night at this hotel while passing through. The room was warm and the bed was really comfortable. We did not however think much of the area the hotel was situated, seemed very run down . Staff very pleasant and helpful.

Summary: We stayed at this hospital prior to an appointment at Hopital de Grenoble. It's a great location for this reason and is only 10 minutes drive away even in rush hour. I'm not sure the location would be as acceptable if you were looking for a romantic weekend away in Grenoble but it was perfect for us. The staff at the hotel were all very helpful and friendly. On arrival we took a late evening meal and it was good though not a huge choice. No matter we're not fussy. Nice buffet style continental breakfast - all the normal things you'd expect. Beds were comfortable; quality linen. Decent enough bathroom. Only slight issues we had were that the air conditioning was a tiny bit noisy and cleaning was ok but not perfect! All in all we would stay here again as it is good value for money.

Summary: The hotel itself was okay. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Towels had some red spots which i'm not sure what's the source. Internet and parking were also good and safe. Location is not convenient to visit Grenoble city center. There is a bus (bus stop is nearby but the neighborhood doesn't look very safe). To be on the safe side, we took a bus to downtown (1.5euros/each) in the afternoon and a taxi back in the late evening (about 16euros). For a stopover during a trip, the hotel is well located.
