Positive: The room was newly renovated. Everthing looked new. Hallway has a pleasant smell.

Negative: The a/c didn’t work appropriately. The room was hot. Tv couldn’t be connected with internet. Some bathroom accessories broken or missing. We changed rooms three times. The third room was a bit better but still warm. Appreciate that management did try his best to accommodate us.

Positive: Stopped before always been a pleasant stay . Handy for work and most times value for money

Negative: The restaurant menu on line shows many varieties. But when we arrived there was only 2 starters. All the main courses were burgers and chips. Unfortunately I don’t eat bread so I was stuck with a starter and a side salad .

Summary: Lovely staff nice room. Poor restaurant for evening meal

Negative: Renovation works going on meant dirty stairway and lift (which I wouldn't use!) Very disappointed 😞 no restaurant.

Positive: The location was perfect and the breakfast was excellent. Comfortable bed.

Negative: The room had been refurbished. The shower floor was slippery and there wasn't a slip mat supplied or anti-slip flooring. The room needed a second bin for general waste, as there was only a small bin in the bathroom which wasn't ideal when disposing of coffee sachets, t-bags, empty milk pods, and general rubbish. There used to be a bedside light either side of the bed but now only 1 side.
