Positive: Cute, tiny cabin. Nice outdoor fireplace area, only no matches or lighter provided.

Negative: Full size bed has squeaky springs. Bunk bed mattress was like laying on cement. No matches or lighter provided for fire pit, which was very disappointing.

Summary: Disappointed, needs better beds and lighter for fire pit. Anyone over 5ft tall will be uncomfortable.

Positive: The location was remote! 3 cabins around , the river , & nothing else. We loved that it was back in woods, away from traffic and crowds. Quiet & peaceful. Fished on the river. Fire pit to have a fire. Outdoor table & chairs on porch to relax, & cement table and chairs to sit & relax. Cooking area outside on metal grills. Outdoor lighting was very pretty! Nice front parking of the cabin. Beautiful at night. The cabin itself very beautiful! Nice size shower, bed(sleeping area), cute little table and chairs to eat food, or play the card games provided in room. Kitchen was perfect. Fridge/freezer,toaster,coffee pot, sink, all dishes & silverware needed. AC in bedroom! Windows w/blinds & curtains was very nice. Small tv w/movies provided. Wall outlets with night light & a place to charge cell phones. No WiFi. No internet. No service. Absolutely loved unplugging from anyone contacting us lol. Good bit of pillows,sheets, comforters provided definitely liked that. We like a lot of pillows. Bed was very comfortable & clean! Shower towels, hand towels, wash cloths all provided. Hand soap, dish soap , shampoo, conditioner, body wash all provided (we didn’t use, we brought our own) the stuff provided to use was very nice and smelled good. lol. Toilet paper provided. Guest book to sign name & write details down. We really liked everything about the cabin, location, and would recommended staying here !

Negative: No complaints.

Positive: I loved the closeness to Red River and the properties campfire area. The place was small but very cute and secluded.

Negative: The seclusion. No signal whatsoever. Anything that would have been an emergency would never reach you. The listing does not alert you to this.

Positive: Location was beautiful! Perfect location to unwind and relax. Phone service was spotty but that was good for me. So peaceful! Fire pit was amazing with wood provided. Great towels and products. Clean. Well maintained. Outside areas were excellent. A whitetail deer and her spotted fawn came to the river to drink from the river!!!’

Negative: Hard to find places for food. Luckily we considered this and brought a full picnic basket with us.

Summary: Perfect little cabin to relax and enjoy nature!! Loved it!!!
