Positive: the camp itself was fantastic everything you need for a great family holiday!
Negative: we did go out of season and found the shop only opened from 8-12 and 5-7 which was inconvenient and breakfast was only served until 10am. The rooms were more than comfortable though the "superior chalet" is very small for 6 people! The kitchen has a gas hob but no ignition so a lighter is needed and no provided neither is a kettle! The location itself was great in terms of 10 minutes away from the train station to rome and 10 minutes from the palapelicone venue we needed, however taxis don't come easily if not prebooked as we found out and the shuttle service only ran from 8.30-11am and 3.30-6pm.
Summary: great family camp.

Negative: The place itself is fine. But at least the basics could be available enough or at least had, such as detergent, a sponge for washing up, a cleaning cloth, toilet paper. None of this is available! Bath towels you have to buy and if you want bed linen, you have to rent or bring your own. We had 6 days in October, and two days we had to shower in freezing water. It's in the contract that you have to leave the place clean, and to fulfil the contract, we were obliged to buy products to wash the dishes and clean up. For the price of the rent, having the basics available was the bare minimum! !
