If you love the outdoors & stunning architecture then this is the place for you. With this property comes 1 pass to the Waterville Valley Estates recreation center, where you can enjoy hot tubs, swimming pools, basketball and tennis courts and much more. Additional day passes can be purchased and kids 7 and Under get in free.
Enter through an expansive wrap around deck which provides easy access into the open concept living room and kitchen or come in through the partially finished walk out lower level. Eclectically designed with two Amantii built in fireplaces (one is in the basement) adorned with beautiful natural stone veneers giving this place a warm comfortable feeling year around. Kitchen is equipped with all new stainless steel appliances and for those of you that like to cook with a gas range enjoy preparing meals for all of your friends and family! Two gracious sized bedrooms on the main level and an updated full bath finish off the first floor. The inviting loft space is open to your third bedroom (not closed off) and used for extra sleeping. Top to bottom remodel on the 3/4 bath in the loft space is accentuated with a modern barn door. Fujitsu mini split installed for the hot summer days. New Whirpool washer and dryer for laundry in the lower level; as well as a family/game room, mudroom and extra sleeping arrangements. When you are ready to head outside, relax by a fire and take in the fresh air and breathtaking views. Just minutes to Waterville Estates Clubhouse and Campton Mountain Ski Area.

Summary: This cabin is in a peaceful forested location especially for fall colors. It was very quiet and we enjoyed evenings on the deck. The cabin is comfortable, beautiful and clean. There were a few things that were not working well - the stove and water dispenser. However, Stephen was very available to speak with us and responds quickly. He reimbursed us $200 due to the problem with the stove. Overall a wonderful stay.

Summary: The home was exactly as shown in the pictures with the basement having the bonus of an additional bunk bed and twin bed as well as a fridge. Overall great home and location. Before our stay, Steve found that the stove was not working, he went above and beyond to ensure this didn't affect our stay with open communication and providing gift cards to make sure we easily accessible food options. There are options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner just 5-10 minutes away from the home which he let us know about as well.

Summary: Great stay! Very clean property with plenty of room. The fire pit outside was great for s’mores and there were so many local activities. We enjoyed Clark’s Trading Post, Whales Tales, Flume Gorge and the Polar Caves.

Summary: I had an amazing time staying at the Cabin. The place was just perfect. Even though the downstairs/game room didn't have pictures in the posting it was very spacious and great for the kids. The firepit was in a great spot and the deck was perfect for entertaining 4-6 people. We enjoyed the community center and had a great stay. Thanks!!!

Summary: The house is very nice, very clean, the house has everything inside you need. Because of the size of group we couldn't check out at 10:00 AM, so we talk to the owner, and we left by noon thank you very much. Everybody loves the house. And we are planning to go back for winter time.

Summary: We loved our stay at this beautiful cabin! We went for daily walks with the dog, used the added bonus of a free indoor pool just three minutes away and skied at Waterville valley, just 15 minutes away. The house is absolutely beautiful and I loved the decor! It had everything we could possibly want down to both regular and decaf coffee!! We ate in and ordered food to go from a local restaurant. All in all, an amazing trip. Thank you so much!

Summary: This is a cozy cabin for a large family to spend time together. The space is beautifully furnished, stocked with everything you need to spend time just connecting. We enjoyed the outdoor fireplace, the grill, and the patio space a lot. I imagine this is a beautiful location throughout the year due to its central location to great hikes, lakes, and skiing locals. Steve was a responsive host and dealt with the issue we had perfectly. He kept us informed throughout our stay. Happy to recommend this cabin to my friends.
