Positive: Villa was amazing, perfect for our family of 4 , we were with friends, and they took 1 yo and we had a baby of 6 months and a 3yo toddler. Host was so nice to provide extra crib for our toddler. Accommodation and property were exceptional, felt just like home, we found really nice that they have books for the kids and toys, it really has everything you need , lots of space for our little one that just started crawling 😀 It is also very quite area just up the hill ,no traffic and without cars passing, 5 min from the beach by foot.
Negative: The only thing we noticed is that cleaning company forgot to dust off few shelves in the living room area. And it can be a bit of a hustle to drive stroller down the stairs in the front yard to acces villa. Other that that it was everything perfect.

Positive: Location was good, enough space for at least 4 people. I liked the fireplace best. Very nice kitchen, good outdoor facilities, e.g. table and chairs protected from wind and rain. Airconditioning seems to be new. The owner Alfonso checked in with us several times to ask if everything was alright. Very friendly and forthcoming guy. Just a 3 minutes walk to the beach.
Negative: Just so you know the villa could need a renovation, some things are a bit worn down. However, it got its charm, so the title is quite fitting. Beds are a bit short. If you are taller than 180 cm, your feet may be dangling over the end of the bed.
