Positive: Location is perfect on a quiet street with no noise. Absolutely gorgeous duplex. Coffee capsules available which is always a great tough. Impeccably clean. Gorgeous apartment. Super comfortable bed. Shower gel available. Absolutely no complaints at all.

Negative: The church bells rings every hour but that's not the fault of anyone - just if you are a light sleeper. The church is right in front of the apartment.

Summary: Simply amazing. Beautiful apartment with everything one could need. Impeccable.

Negative: Parking isn't always available. I picked this apartment for the parking, but you park in a local free parking area, and you can't always find spots, so then there is no parking. It can be challenging to get parking. It is right in front of the church so bells go off really early in the morning at 5am, I did struggle to sleep with all the bells
