The following laws were set forth by the county and apply to every home in Tahoe. They were put in place to keep Lake Tahoe an enjoyable and safe place to visit for years to come!
1. The hot tub cannot be used after 10pm (if this home has one)
2. 10pm - 8am is the county quiet time for all rentals.
3. Trash cannot be left outside and must go into the bear box.
4. We cannot host extra people or allow parties.
5. We cannot accomodate extra cars, parking on the street or dirt.
PLEASE NOTE: Neighbors may alert the police who will issue fines to guests found to be in violation. In order to protect this owner’s permit we do reserve the right to ask guests to leave this home. This is a very rare occurrence and one we hate doing so we do our best to warn our guests before it comes to this.

Summary: A buddy of mine was getting married so we had a boys trip and absolutely had a blast at this place. The cabin is in perfect condition. The deck is really nice for hanging out and cooking some bbq. You can't beat the game room. Pool table, darts, foosball....what else do you need. Its only a 15 min drive to Stateline so this is really convenient place to stay.

Summary: The house is as-advertised and when we arrived everything was perfectly clean. It is a spacious and well-equipped home. The game room was fantastic! I've done other VRBO's where the game room equipment was old or lacking. Not here; it was excellent.. The home is perfect and the management was right at our fingertips if we needed anything.. Unreservedly recommend this as a perfect place to stay for fun in Lake Tahoe.. Thanks!

Summary: We enjoyed our stay with our kids at this home. It had just snowed the weekend before so everything was covered in white snow. The amenities of this house was exactly like it was described in the listing. The heated tiles throughout the house and steam shower in the master bathroom was definitely a plus during the winter!

Summary: This house is clean and spacious, with nice decor. There’s no doubt the house is beautiful and the location outdoors is nice. The game room is really nice to relax in at the end of day, although the floor warmer was not working. The kitchen was well equipped. It would have been nice to have a few extra bath towels, but no big deal. The reason I gave 3.5 stars is because I literally did not sleep a wink in the master bedroom bed. I was not able to sleep, we were sinking into the mattress, we are not overweight individuals. My husband ended up having back pain. I literally laid awake in the bed every night. There’s also a lot of traffic that you can hear inside the master bedroom. The third night there was a car playing base music and the house was vibrating, kid you not. There’s also a lot of light coming in because the main window in the room was partly not covered. So if you are a light sleeper, my recommendation would be not to pick this house. I had read a previous review that had the similar issues about the bed and traffic noise on the back porch. I could clearly hear the traffic noise in the Master bedroom in the middle of the night. In addition, the sofa bed downstairs was not comfortable, my 5’4” 110lb daughter could feel the coils. And as I was awake upstairs in the master, I could hear her shifting around the sofabed in the middle of the night. If the beds were comfy I would have given the house 4.5 stars.

Summary: This house was great for the family. Lots of room for everyone. It was a little hot in the Master Bedroom at night but local Management brought an extra fan to the house which helped out. The noise from the main road was not bad at all. I would go back and stay without reservation.

Summary: PROS: *The home itself is beautiful, and looks as the pictures show on the listing. *There was plenty of room, and the different types of wood was warm and welcoming. *The shower has a button to make it a steam room which was a nice surprise *The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and pans. *The neighbor across the street was very nice *The property manager was easy to reach *The game room is very cool, and the pool table kept us pleasantly occupied. CONS: The master bedroom bed is HORRIBLE. As soon as you sit on it you sink--and not in a good way. *The mattress sinks so drastically that you literally have to climb out of it. My husband and I ended up sleeping on the couch in the living room because it hurt our backs so much. *Don't even try to use the couch bed downstairs. My son took it out, the springs had no support and the mattress fell around the frame. *We excitedly entered the game room and discovered all of the darts broken except for one, as well as one of the pool cubes broken. We phoned management but they weren't able to reorder the darts in time. *One of the wooden tables on the back deck is rickety and two of the wooden chairs feels as if it will fall apart. We were afraid to sit in them. Luckily there is another small glass table with nice chairs. * I filled up the jacuzzi tub with water and rinsed it out. When I turned on the jets, black and brown specks as well as hair spurted out of the tub. That was too much for me so I never tried it again. *Be aware there is construction going on directly next door as a house is being built so there is constant construction noise until 5pm. *As stated in the listing, there is constant noise from, busy road traffic outside, but we were prepared for that since it was stated.

Summary: This house has everything you need for your stay, i loved the high speed wifi since i needed a stable connection for a work zoom call. The 2 garages came in handy plus they have a huge game room downstairs. Patio is excellent with a great view what can i say we loved our stay. We will definitely come back soon. Thank you
