Summary: Good place The rental is generally of good quality but it lacks air conditioning, new deckchairs, a second fridge that works. watch out for the pool of water for mosquitoes

Summary: Good communication with staff and especially with Mrs Dagmar. Nice house. Missing AC and would be good to repair mosquito windows nets.

Summary: The communication was very good and fast. We were 14 people and some changes were easily updated and confirmed. It is a lovely Finca with a great Pool and good located for the trips to Palma or lovely beaches. We recommend it very much!

Summary: Lage, Pool, Anlage, Sitzmöglichkeiten Kleine Verbesserungsvorschläge: - Klopapier - Müllsäcke - Schneidebretter - scharfe Messer - dreckiger Whirlpool - Klimaanlagen für den Hochsommer -> sind aber alles nur Kleinigkeiten! Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder

Summary: Die Finca liegt sehr schön und ist gut gepflegt. Kleine Mängel wurden sofort behoben. Das Problem mit dem Abfluß in der Küche sollte behoben werden. Bestand bereits vor 2 Jahren. Die meisten Pool-Liegen bräuchten eine neue Bespannung

Summary: Wir haben einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in Can Talaia verbracht und es sieht wirklich alles so wie auf den Bildern aus. Des Weiteren ist die Zimmeraufteilug für große Gruppen sehr angenehm, da es drei Bereiche gibt (Untergeschoss mit 3 Zimmern, Obergeschoss mit 2 Zimmern, Nebenhaus mit 2 Zimmern). Mit 3 Kühlschränken und einer Vorratskammer hatten wir genug Platz für das ganze Essen.Uns begeisterte ebenfalls der Pool, der sogar am Ende sehr tief wird und natürlich der Whirlpool, in dem wir einige schöne Stunde verbrachten. Das Grundstück mit dem Teich und den Fischen und Fröschen ist wunderschön und bietet wirklich sehr viel Platz.Darüber hinaus läuft die Kommunikation mit der Agentur und Dagmar sehr angenehm. Man könnte die Ausstattung der Küche in Bezug auf die Spülmaschine verbessern

Summary: Schöne Wanderungen direkt von der Finca aus. Einige Buchten mit mehr oder weniger Aufwand zu Fuß erreichbar - und "Dank" Corona auch leer. hübscher Hafen in Cala Figuera, gut ausgestattete Finca mit viel Geminschaftsraum im AUssen- und Innenbereich aber auch reichlich individueller Rückzugsraum. Wir haben herrliche Grillabende hier verbracht Ameisennest über der Eingangstür im Holz - die Ameisen versuchen den Kühlschrank wegzutragen Messerschleifstab, da die Messer alle stumpf waren. Möglichkeit, Poolbeleuchtung ausschaltbar? Whrilpool schaltete sich automatisch an abends. Kann man das auf tagsüber verlegen, wenn es für die Reinigung notwendig ist?
