Positive: A mostly well appointed apartment within easy reach of local buses and near the ferry terminal. Lovely swimming pool which was entirely deserted. I swam under the moon. It was bliss.
Negative: We could have done with a washing up bowl. It felt a bit remote as we never met the owner/manager although text enquiries were efficiently dealt with.
Summary: A lovely apartment within easy reach of Ciutadella.

Positive: I liked the outdoor area like the terrace really convenient for summer nights, the pool for a swim after the beach and the padel court.
Negative: I didn’t like the fact that we had to wait 3 hours to get the code for the check in. We were supposed to check in at 14h and we did it at 17h. We were already calling with booking to get another apartment. Also, the shower handle was not staying in place and the bathroom didn’t have any window so everything stayed quite wet. They didn’t left any trash bags until we asked.
Summary: It was good location but a bit overpriced for what you get.
