Summary: The staff are more than attentive but they need new beds in the rooms both queens in our room were very uncomfortable. The waterslide and pool were very much to the satisfaction of our 2 grandchildren. The kids breakfast special were ate quickly by both and it’s great to see breakfast specials for $4.99. Cleaning staff were wonderful and hard working. The front desk evening clerk was extremely helpful. Thank you

Summary: There was no fridge in the room which would have affected my decision to book The water drainage was slow in tub and sink The restaurant attached had slow service and wasn’t busy I got a voucher when I checked out for restaurant I waited for a while to be seated so the front desk clerk sat me Then I had three separate servers come to my table but none came back so I had no beverage for some time; it wasn’t busy I called the restaurant as it was easier than trying to get someone to come to my table

Summary: Reception seemed friendly and helpful, however, when I mentioned my dad was elderly and used a walker, she said she’d give him a room on the 1st floor. I thought it was nice except that it was the third furthest room from the front desk.
