Summary: We rented this house last year and enjoyed our visit. The small things that were wrong with the house last year still exist, no one is checking the general condition. The cost last year was also much lower and as Canadians converting our dollar to US$, with the Canadian dollar at an all time low, currently, this rental is too expensive. We enjoyed the pool and the location on the inland waterway. Generally, we had no problem with the management of the property.

Summary: Our family of five stayed here in August for two weeks. This property was incredible for many reasons: lots of room, comfortable bedrooms/living rooms/and furniture, great kitchen w/two fridges, three separate outdoor spaces, quiet canal views, great pool and lounging. We appreciated the welcome basket (sunscreen, snacks, coffee, dishwasher pods, etc) and that we didn't need to buy those basics.No rough edges with the property (and our family has stayed at many vacation properties). Very upscale neighborhood and close to any grocery/shopping/restaurants.The pool is perfectly sized and was big enough for all of us. And the pool lounging area is huge...loved the loungers and couches with shade.Our contact Val, reached out to us before and during our stay. She responded right away to any questions we had. She was awesome.
