Located on the Jean Jaures alleys, very close to the hypercentre and in the immediate vicinity of the Matabiau train station and the Canal du Midi, this large modern apartment of 60 m2, quiet and comfortable, with high ceilings is waiting for you !
Whether you come alone, as a couple, with family, with friends or colleagues. For a few days, weeks or more, I will be delighted to welcome you and everything will be planned so that you have a very pleasant stay in our beautiful pink city, Toulouse! :)
In the living room, 2 large comfortable sofas (including a sofa bed) will allow you to relax after your Toulouse getaways. There is a large HD TV. And you will have free wifi access to consult the internet.
The kitchen is large and fully equipped. everything you need is there to make you feel at home and allow you to spend pleasant moments around a real big table:
(large fridge, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, various dishes and utensils, dishes, NESPRESSO coffee machine, toaster, kettle ...)

For the night part, the apartment can accommodate up to 7 people:
- A bedroom with 1 double bed 140 x 200 cm
- A bedroom with 1 "Queen size" bed 160 x 200 cm
- A double sofa bed in the living room.
- An automatic inflatable mattress intex 100 x 190 cm (inflation and deflation on electrical outlet) in case of need of additional sleeping.
Bed and bath sheets are provided as well as shampoo / shower.
A hairdryer is also available.
There is also everything necessary for clean and impeccable clothing in all circumstances:
- washing machine
- drying rack
- iron
- small ironing board
For your comfort, the accommodation is also equipped with two standing fans to be able to cool down during warmer periods as well as two large umbrellas to be able to go out in peace whatever the weather is outside;)
the accommodation is located on the 1st floor of a secure building. It is equipped with an elevator which works with a code keyboard to go to the upper floors. (the code will be provided to you upon your arrival)
