Summary: House was as described. Fenced in yard was great. Unfortunately couldn't let the dogs out by themselves because of the sea hawks/Egrets. We have 2 small Yorkies. Quite neighborhood. Close to a nice park within walking distance.

Summary: We enjoyed our first time to the area in this beautiful home! It was well maintained, clean, and beds were very comfortable. The back deck was an awesome place to hang out after outings. The private dock was perfect for our small boats also. Conveniently located to everything around also. Would definitely stay here again!

Summary: There was a fish carcass in the back yard. My 4 year old Lab got stabbed in her shoulder so we had to change our plans and make a trip to the vet. $234.00 later. That brought all of our water plans to a haunt. I think I should be reimbursed for the vet visit at least.

Summary: This house officially solidified its spot on the top of our list of places to stay when we come to town. The benefit of being able to use the garage to store our double jet ski trailer was a huge plus! We didn’t get the chance to utilize the convenience of the private dock but having the option for future is another thing that will keep us coming back . The pups definitely enjoyed the huge yard and my nap on the hammock was epic.

Summary: The backyard of this home was so peaceful. Our dog loved the open space to run and play. Our grand daughter loved the hammock and the Hook & Ring game on the deck. We realize that some people have posted that the neighbors were shady however they were not an issue for us. Their home was not kept up however they were quiet and did not bother us. The only issue we had was 1) the bed was very, very firm. If you like a super firm mattress, this is your bed. 2) the furniture was low back and not made for tall people. There were minor things but Robert was very responsive and we loved that. Thank you for everything. The Yeager Family-Tampa Florida

Summary: The property has great potential. It looked like work had been done but definitely not completed. The neighborhood was ok. There’s a great park nearby and it’s close to the beach. The furnishings were early Goodwill and the house next door had junk all around it…think hoarders. The beds were horrible. The backyard was very nice and peaceful. We enjoyed it. There wasn’t any information about where to go, what to do, etc. Like we have always experienced in a VRBO rental. We did get a few recommendations after asking for restaurants. The property managers were nice enough but the property itself was just not up to snuff. We’re seasoned VRBO travelers. It just was not what we expected and it’s not somewhere we would be returning to, unless considerable work is completed on the property

Summary: The houses next door had their front and back yards full of trash. The house looked like it was furnished by Goodwill. The knob was missing on the gas stove, toilet paper holder loose from the wall, the master bed frame stuck out from under the mattress, a number of light bulbs burned out and the TVs didn't have instructions for use (no local channels). I have pictures of these issues. We will not use VRBO or "Faulty Escapes" again.
