Summary: Before Candence at (TPRE) hung up on me, she aggressively explained how the AC only cooling to 78 wasn't her fault, how the ceiling fans barely turning wasn't her fault, how the boat ramp useability wasn't her fault and the longer we talked the longer it would take to follow up on a bag of clothes my son placed in trash bin not knowing it wasn't trash. I only wanted to point out the issues we had so maybe another guest wouldn't have to experience the same thing, not important to her to address this. Renter BEWARE and homeowner BEWARE, they have neither parties best interest in mind. I will never stay at a property they rent out as well as anyone in my extended networks of people i know.

Summary: The house was very clean and well stocked with everything you needed to cook meals. The deck is amazing…We would certainly try to rent this house again on a return trip to Sargent.

Summary: We stayed here a few nights before the rush of summer and loved the location. The cabin was large enough for our family and the side cabin was a nice addition for extra privacy. The house had everything we needed, and the owners were very responsive before, during and after our stay. Would recommend and stay here again.

Summary: We had a great time while staying here for a fishing tournament. Great location close to the intercoastal. The house was well stocked with all we needed for cooking. Only thing missing was a cleaning station by the water. Other than that, the place was perfect for a nice fishing getaway.
