Summary: The desk attendant was very nicr and patient, the property was quiet and nice all through you can see some aging but still nice and comfy.

Summary: Walking in, the hotel had a clean, pleasant smell. Check-in was fine. We were given our room keys and headed down the hall to our room. Instantly there was a sour smell in the hallway just as we approached our room. The room was pretty spacious and the setup of the room was comfortable despite the dirty recliner. It was a handicapped room and the shower was dirty and had a crack in it, probably from a wheelchair tire. I asked to be moved to a different room but was told no since I had booked through a third party. We made the best of the stay, but had already marked them off for future stays. After returning home, I realized I had left a watch charger in the room and a newly purchased dress hanging in the hotel closet.I immediately called the hotel and was told the items were not there. I asked to speak to the manager but was told she wouldn’t be back until the afternoon. I made a total of six calls trying to get in touch with a manger or in touch with someone that would thoroughly look into this issue for me. I was unsuccessful. How disappointing!!! Not because of the loss of the dress and charger, but because they obviously have dishonest employees. Someone found the items and decided to keep them for themselves instead of turning them in like they should have done. They have lost my business for sure and I am now not able to recommend their hotel to others. Can’t we all just be kind and do the right thing! 😔

Summary: You can tell the bathroom had not been swept. There was dirty towels wadded up on the floor in the closet. Soap dispenser was broken in the bathroom. and in the midst of changing clothes, a strange woman unlocks the door and comes into the room because they had assigned the room to her as well by mistake.

Summary: Shower and bath dirty/no water pressure in shower/ no soap in bath. Mold growing all over the bathroom grout and caulking Food left in refrigerator. Check in host was pleasant.

Summary: Very close to families we were visiting. Several places to shop for forgotten items and several places close to eat at. Staff very friendly and helpful with any questions we had. The bed was very comfortable.

Summary: I walked into my room and turned the lights on and only 1 overhead light was working, I went to open the room darkening curtains the rest of the way and neither side would move because they were broken at the top, the room also had a terrible odor. I went back to the desk and asked for another room, the curtain to be fixed and odor gone or cancel my reservation. The man at the desk spoke to the maintenance manager and he came and stapled the curtain shut and sprayed the room. Even though it was time for the maintenance manager to leave he made an attempt to fix the issues. The smell did not go away but I spayed some air freshener and was only in there at night. The guest in the room next door had a dog that would bark early in the morning; 5:30. Hopefully the room has been throughly clean and repaired for the next guest.
