Positive: Great Staff! Plenty of Restaurants near by. Value for money spent was 10 out of 10. Clean & Comfortable.
Negative: My only complaint is that there was no breakfast. But, for the price I paid, I may be asking for too much. 😂👍🏽

Positive: We loved that the room included a kitchenette, with just the supplies we needed. We loved that a coffee machine was available that the beans - and that we could get free coffee. Also great: free use of washer and dryer; the drinking fountain that had filtered water. Pleasant and cheerful staff.
Negative: Everything was fine!

Negative: The room smelled of dog feces. We complained to the staff to get an air freshener, and they kept the window open to air out the room. Granted, we had our dogs with us, but this odor was from a prior stay by someone else. They do need to give the room a deep cleaning and shampoo the carpet. They had trouble billing our card and pretty sure they charged more than Booking.com said. We were told we would be refunded for the incidental fee once we checked out. The staff made the stay a great experience with their friendly mannerisms.

Negative: The room was well used. Big stain on the carpet, and cabinets looked as if they needed a good wipe down. Kitchen area floor had something sticky on the floor that I was able to clean up as well as a mildew smell in our room.
Summary: Beds were nice and it just depends on what room you get, clean or not so clean. It’s a gamble.
