Summary: Hairs in the carpet, you can smells the steak people are cooking in the rooms, pool was hot to hot and with a lot of clorine

Summary: The customer service was absolutely fantastic. However, this is a bit of a party hotel. We had a room by the pool and there were people partying out by it until midnight each evening.

Summary: Stayed 5 nights, we didn’t even get clean towel service. I had to go to the lobby twice for clean ones, the 3rd time I put a note on the outside of my door in English & Spanish to please leave clean towels & washcloths. The note was honored. They don’t provide towels for the pool either. The carpet could use a good steaming. The pull out sofa bed is HORRIBLE! Needs replaced or a new mattress. The most uncomfortable bed I have ever TRIED to sleep on. If you like metal rods on your body, this is for you lol. There is also a very unpleasant FUNKY smell as soon as you get off the elevator. We were on the 2nd floor.

Summary: I am not sure they’ve ever cleaned the floors or carpets here. We have two rooms and they are both filthy. My daughter showered in her shoes. Someone else had filthy feet and put them on the wall by the bed. Filthy footprints on the wall.
