Summary: The morning and the evening front desk are very accommodating and helpful. The afternoon staff is just horrendous. This does not pay attention to details nor have any affection to the wrong as they do towards the guest and give off such attitude and as as continues to argue and complain with guests, on fact, as they are wrong to what they did

Summary: The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The area is nice and shopping/restaurants within walking distance. The hotel is being redone and looks nice.

Summary: My A/C was broken in the first room. The Tv was broken in the second room. The location was not close to any attractions. The bathroom doors either didn’t lock or close.
