Summary: Amazing hotel amazing staff everyone was friendly and very welcoming. Loved the pool area and the outside area you can just relax. Danielle was amazing.

Summary: Nice place, everything new. Air conditioner is on some sort of motion activation and turns off throughout the night. We kept getting hot and waking up and would have to flip the lights on to get it running again. Other than that, great place.

Summary: I recently stayed at Candlewood Suites in Middletown, NY, with my family, and unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. Location: 4/5 The hotel is conveniently located near restaurants and shopping, making it easy to explore the area. Accommodations: 2/5 We were placed in a handicap-accessible room, which lacked adequate seating for our family of four. With only one chair available, there was little room for us to relax or enjoy family time together. Pool: 2/5 The pool was disappointingly cold, which made it uninviting for our kids. A heated pool would enhance the family experience greatly. Value: 2/5 Given the price we paid, the accommodations and amenities did not meet our expectations. It felt overpriced for what was offered.
