Positive: We booked online last minute very early in the morning because of an issue we had at an Airbnb. Avita was extremely helpful in getting our large group all set and checked in early (3am). She really went out of her way to help us. Seeing her the next evening at the front desk, once again, she didn't hesitate to ask how things were going. Cuddos to Avita and the hotel manager on staff that morning!!.
Negative: We didn't always have fresh towels and may not have understood the best way to exchange them. We did get them when we asked so it wasn't a problem. There's no lamp or bedside table on both sides of the bed in single queen room.

Positive: Perfect location for what I needed ( natural bridge caverns and wildlife )
Negative: I booked through booking.com paid one price got a call that that room was not available, checked in to another room for a different price. Everything was great. Then after checking out I was told that this room was the same rate. I think it was an honest mistake!!!! Other than that staff was great. Oh and the carts for the luggage were missing rubber bumpers and had screws exposed above your ankles. This hazard needs to be addressed!

Positive: We suffered a water leak in our house that resulted in all of our furniture being packed out while repairs were made. We decided on Candlewood because it is close to our house. It is not the Ritz Carlton but our rooms (bedroom is seperated from the kitchen and living room area) is spacious and clean, the bath room is clean and bright and the king bed is comfortable. The kitchen has everything we need. The AC keeps the rooms cool. The staff has been friendly and accomodating. We have been quite comfortable there for the last month and will be there for another month perhaps.
Negative: The room above us has a child that is fond of running and jumping. but we're grandparents so we don't get too upset over it. Some of the guests have ignored the requirement to have a handicap placard or license plate to use handicap parking.
Summary: Not fancy but clean and comfortable. Staff has been great.

Negative: Molded coffee pod left in machine, approximately a week dried out. Sound proofing could use upgrading, road noise permeates window. Sound dampening of floor of room above, needs improvement.
Summary: Convenient to live out of for a few days. Not the best sleeping setup.
