Positive: Peaceful and quiet location and the staff are most accommodating. Linen towels and blankets need cleaning, and the unit was dusty. However, it is a very comfortable place and great outdoors.

Positive: Wow what a place! Pictures does not do it justice. We had such a lovely stay at Cango Retreat. It is a stunning location situated in a beautiful Kloof with a river close by providing a peaceful sleep at night. It is rugged and a bit on the wild side but this is Africa at its best. We will be back.

Positive: I liked everything about the place the location is superb nice and quiet place to relax the river adds just a special touch to the whole stay. The rooms were spacious enough and quite comfortable. The host was very friendly and easy to get hold of whenever you needed assistance. I really enjoyed the place and my kids can't wait to go back the play area for them was exciting. The kitchen and lounge space are superb it's a very lovely place for a family. Thank you so much to the hosts. 🙏❤️
Negative: It's just the swimming pool for me if it were built onto the ground and a bit bigger to suit adults as well otherwise the kids enjoyed themselves though.
Summary: I had an amazing quite and relaxing stay.

Positive: The property is beautiful. The setting is incredible - very serene, almost on the river. We stayed in a quaint cottage. The property owner was amazing and was a great host. They are very responsive and cater to your every need. The cottage had all items you may need to be comfortable. We will definitely stay here again if we have the opportunity in the future. Property is perfectly situated to participate in tourist attractions.
