Summary: The hotel is well located, easy to find and close to Ithica commons and restaurants of all kinds. Our room was great - well lit, clean and quiet. Service was great. Check in and check out wonderful. Only took one Star off because we had an issue with our bathroom light switch and we asked for help but no one came. The good thing was it started working by itself after a while with some coaxing, so no harm done. Breakfast at The Strand was strictly okay, service was very slow however. It was very a pleasant surprise that they had a free shuttle to and fro from Cornell. Wonderful extra. Over all, we had a great stay at The Canopy by Hilton at Ithica and recommend it wholeheartedly.
